Return Process

  Print the Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid return label provided via email and securely attach it to your original packaging.

  Drop Off the Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location; ensure the items are unworn and still have their original tags attached.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
